UAE’s Largest Social Media Group PAKISTANIS IN DUBAI ( PID ) Hosts Breast Cancer Awareness Program with Prime Hospital
Dubai, UAE – (28-10-2024) – In a significant initiative to raise awareness about breast cancer, the UAE’s largest social media group organized a comprehensive awareness program in collaboration with Prime Hospital. The event featured keynote speakers Dr. Verushka Mukesh, a specialist general surgeon, and Dr. Asiya Nabi, Assistant Medical Director and General Practitioner, who delivered insightful presentations to a diverse audience.
Members of the social media group team, including Fahad Shahid, Umer Farooq, Muhammad Asif, Rida Arsalan, Ramsha Majid and Rabeea Khan, actively participated in the session, demonstrating their commitment to health advocacy and community engagement.
The program aimed to educate attendees about the importance of early detection and prevention of breast cancer, highlighting critical information on risk factors, screening methods, and treatment options. Dr. Verushka Mukesh emphasized the importance of self-examinations and regular check-ups, while Dr. Asiya Nabi shared compelling statistics and personal stories that resonated deeply with the audience.
