This summer, Signor Sassi Mare will bring the timeless elegance and playful charm of  Signor Sassi—part of the iconic Italian restaurant group San Carlo-to the luxurious coastal  resort of Porto Cervo, Sardinia, for a highly anticipated summer long restaurant residency. 

The residency will launch on the 15th of June at the You Marina Lounge & Restaurant,  located at Piazza Azzurra, Porto Cervo. Guests will be invited to enjoy an atmosphere that  blends effortless sophistication with relaxed coastal energy, with a menu that places a  strong emphasis on the finest fresh seafood, seasonal ingredients, and classic Italian  flavours. 

Over the past four decades, Signor Sassi has evolved into a globally admired dining  institution, renowned not only for its exceptional food but also for its sophisticated  atmosphere and style. With established locations in London, Dubai, Riyadh and most

The Signor Sassi Mare summer residency will be operated by Sunset Hospitality Group,  the internationally renowned hospitality operator behind the hugely successful Signor  Sassi Dubai, and other internationally recognised restaurant brands, such as Sushi Samba  Milan, forming part of their growing footprint in Italy.
