UAE Attorney-General receives China’s Deputy Prosecutor-General

ABU DHABI, 17th November, 2023 (WAM) — Dr. Hamad Saif Al Shamsi, Attorney-General of the UAE, received Zhang Xue Qiao, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of China., at the Office of the Attorney-General and Federal Prosecution in Abu Dhabi.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways of enhancing their cooperation in legal and judicial areas and issues of mutual concern.

They also talked about the nature of the judicial systems in the two countries and the prospects of enhancing the relations between their prosecutors.

Al Shamsi welcomed Zhang and his delegation and stressed the importance of their cooperation and advancing their bilateral ties in prosecution-related areas.
