Dubai, UAE – Big Bad Wolf Books, recognised as the world’s largest book sale phenomenon, will return to Dubai Studio City from February 26 to March 8, 2026, offering millions of books at prices starting from AED 2. The highly anticipated event coincides with the holy month of Ramadan and will run under the theme “Beyond the Noise,” promoting reading as a tool for reflection, informed thinking, and community engagement.

Eiman Al Hammadi, Acting Director of the Literature Department at Dubai Culture, highlighted that such initiatives support Dubai’s goal of embedding literature into everyday life and strengthening the emirate’s creative economy. She said large-scale events such as Big Bad Wolf Books contribute to sustained reading engagement and complement ongoing cultural programmes across museums, libraries, and literary festivals.

Meanwhile, Mohamed Noor Hersi, Representative of Sharjah Book Authority and Honorary Board Member of Big Bad Wolf Books, said the collaboration supports efforts to expand access to knowledge and encourage reading among diverse communities. He emphasised that affordable and widely available books play a vital role in nurturing lifelong learning and cultural development.

The 2026 event is expected to reinforce Big Bad Wolf Books’ status as the Middle East’s largest and most value-driven book sale. Designed to support bulk purchases for families, schools, libraries, and book clubs, the event also promotes community participation through family-friendly timings and an inclusive environment.
