KeyMavens Group Expands Retail Portfolio with ‘The Villa Square’ New Mall in Dubai

Dubai: KeyMavens Group, a prominent real estate developer with over 15 years of experience in Dubai’s property sector, has officially announced the launch of a new boutique retail and wellness destination named The Villa Square.

The new development, strategically located in Wadi Al Safa 5, is designed to function as a central community hub, providing residents with a curated blend of shopping, dining, and wellness facilities.

The project features a substantial built-up area of more than 124,000 square feet and is meticulously planned to offer a balance between convenience and high-end boutique experiences. The tenant mix is set to include retail stores, diverse family-friendly dining outlets, dedicated wellness and leisure zones, and extensive landscaped areas intended for community gathering.

The location is specifically targeted to serve the residential clusters within The Villa community while simultaneously acting as an accessible destination for visitors across wider Dubai. Its architectural focus includes maximising natural light, ensuring open spaces, and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow to cater to the needs of modern families.

The Villa Square is being developed by KeyMavens Retail, a subsidiary of KeyMavens Group dedicated to creating vibrant lifestyle and commercial hubs.
