Arif Developments Proudly Receives Award from H.H. Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan at 9th Golden Excellence Awards
DUBAI: Arif Development has received the Golden Excellence Award for Luxury Villa Community of the Year for Kabbali Hills, its flagship residential project in Ajman.
Arif Abdul Latif, Founder and Chairman of the UAE-based property developer, accepted the award at the ninth Golden Excellence Awards ceremony, held on July 25 at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
The event was held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, UAE Cabinet Member and Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence.
The Golden Excellence Awards recognise individuals and organisations for leadership, innovation, business performance and contributions across a range of industries.
Kabbali Hills is a luxury villa development designed around spacious residences, distinctive architecture and a family-focused community environment. According to the developer, the project places emphasis on privacy, functional layouts and individual architectural character.
“Receiving the Golden Excellence Award during a prestigious ceremony held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan is a proud and important milestone for Arif Development,” Abdul Latif said.
He said the values of tolerance, coexistence and leadership associated with the UAE had influenced the company’s approach to developing residential communities.
“Kabbali Hills represents our commitment to developing more than luxury residences. Our objective is to create thoughtfully designed homes that offer privacy, functionality, architectural identity and long-term value,” he added.
Abdul Latif dedicated the award to the company’s employees, partners, customers, consultants and others involved in the development.

The project has reached approximately 85 per cent construction completion and is progressing about two months ahead of its original schedule, according to the company. Completion and handover are scheduled for December 2027.
Arif Development also reported that around 60 per cent of the project was sold during its first four months on the market.
The developer said the construction and sales figures indicated demand for villa communities offering larger living spaces, distinctive designs and clearly defined delivery schedules.
Kabbali Hills is among a growing number of residential developments contributing to Ajman’s expansion as a housing and investment destination. The emirate has attracted interest from buyers seeking larger homes, family-oriented communities and access to Dubai, Sharjah and other parts of the UAE.
Arif Development said it would continue to focus on construction standards, timely delivery and communication with buyers, brokers, investors and other project stakeholders.
“The UAE has established an international benchmark for ambition, innovation and excellence,” Abdul Latif said. “This recognition motivates us to raise our standards further and continue developing communities that provide enduring value to residents, investors and the wider property market.”
