Sarfaraz Ahmed’s ton helps Pakistan draw second Test

KARACHI: Sarfaraz Ahmed hit a fighting century Friday as Pakistan tied the second Test against New Zealand in Karachi — resulting in both fixtures of the two-match series ending without a result.

At one point during the second innings it looked as if the Green Shirts would with the match after Ahmed scored his first century since 2014. However, the batter was dismissed during the final moments of the game with Pakistan hanging on for a draw in fading light.
