Quick dinner recipe: Indian-style Chowmein

INGREDIENTS

200 gms egg noodles (store bought)
10 gms sliced capsicum (red, yellow and green)
1 tsp chopped garlic
10 gms sliced onions
10 gms sliced cabbage
1 tsp hot sauce (store bought)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp white vinegar
Salt as per taste
Spring onions to garnish

METHOD

1. Parboil the noodles and keep aside.
2. In a wok or a pan, heat the oil and sauté garlic.
3. Add onions, peppers, cabbage and sauté.
4. Add the hot sauce, vinegar and soy sauce after the vegetables are slightly soft.
5. Check for seasoning and toss in the noodles.
6. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
