Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to Undertake Official Visit to UAE on June 12

Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will undertake an official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on June 12, 2025, in a move aimed at reinforcing the longstanding fraternal relations between Pakistan and the Gulf nation.

The visit reflects the deep-rooted and time-tested ties between Pakistan and the UAE, underpinned by mutual trust, shared values, and robust cooperation across multiple sectors. Prime Minister Sharif will be accompanied by a high-level delegation comprising Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, several Federal Ministers, and senior government officials.

During his visit, the Prime Minister will hold high-level meetings with the UAE leadership, including a bilateral meeting with the President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. A broad spectrum of bilateral, regional, and global issues of mutual interest will be discussed during these engagements.

Officials have indicated that the visit is expected to further cement the brotherly relations between the two nations, deepen economic partnerships, and open new avenues of multifaceted collaboration. The trip underscores the shared commitment of both Pakistan and the UAE to strengthen their strategic partnership and expand cooperation in existing and emerging areas of mutual benefit.
