Dubai: Off The Wall at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown has set the scene for an exceptional dining experience with the launch of The Yin & The Young Friday Night Drunch. The contemporary Pan-Asian fusion-inspired drunch with a twist is designed to tease all your senses. Every Friday, from 8 PM to 11 PM, guests will be treated to unlimited food and beverages.

The menu includes starters such as Korean Bulgogi, an Asian BBQ beef grilled dish served with Asian pear, soya sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and garlic; Indonesian chicken satay, a spiced marinade chicken served with traditional peanut sauce, and Vietnamese Burritos made with veggies packed soft rice sheets served with peanut and soya dip. You can also discover dishes such as Indian Butter Chicken Fondue, a dish that is a concoction of creamy butter chicken gravy with shredded chicken, pickles, chilli, and crispy paratha; and Fish Tacos made with crispy cod fish tossed with corn, red cabbage, togarashi, jalapeno, lemon, and classic QP mayo. The dessert selection includes Sticky Rice Coconut Balls or a Chocolate Brownie. To pair the mouth-watering food, guests can indulge in a wide variety of unlimited beverages, including house spirits, wine, beer and selected cocktails.

To further elevate the seductive late-hours partying, the DJ sets the perfect ambience by spinning 90s commercial music. Guests will be welcomed to a unique and memorable dining experience through the perfect fusion of Korean, Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, and Indonesian cuisine taking each guest on a gastronomic adventure. The Yin & The Young drunch is available in two packages: package 1 includes soft beverages for AED 125, while package 2 includes house beverages for AED 225.
