Al Qasimia University honours strategic partners

SHARJAH: Professor Jamal Al Tarifi, President of Al Qasimia University, honoured on Friday morning the strategic partners of the university, including the heads of government departments, various bodies and media institutions, in appreciation of their constructive efforts in achieving the vision of Al Qasimia University and its mission spearheaded by H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, founder of Al Qasimia University.

The ceremony included honouring 32 government agencies, 4 sponsors and supporters, and a number of media institutions in the country.

Prof. Dr. Awwad Al Khalaf, Director of Al Qasimia University, extended his thanks and appreciation to all partners for their significant tributaries and sincere support in achieving the mission of Al Qasimia University to highlight the moderation and tolerance of Islam through its academic programs and various activities.

He emphasised the university’s keenness to enhance cooperation with various parties, appreciating the role of partners and sponsors, their fruitful efforts, and their kind contributions to achieving success in the academic career.

The honouring ceremony included the Human Resources Department in Sharjah, the Central Finance Department, Sharjah Media City (Shams), the Sharjah Sports Council, the Department of Islamic Affairs, the Labor Standards Development Authority, the Endowment Department, the University City Services Department, the Arabic Language Complex, the Sharjah Charitable Association, the Educational Centre for the Arabic Language, and the Sharjah Foundation for the Holy Qur’an and the Prophet’s Sunnah, The University of Sharjah, the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, the Sharjah Police Sciences Academy, the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, the Sharjah Civil Defence Authority, the Prevention and Safety Authority, the Holy Qur’an Academy , the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority, the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, the Ministry of Education, Al Bayan Newspaper, Emirates Al Youm, the Social Services Department, the Sharjah Police General Command, the Sharjah Municipality, the Supreme Council for Social Affairs Family and Islamic Forum, Fast Contracting Company, Dubai Islamic Bank, Sharjah Islamic Bank and Emirates Stones Company.
