Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg isn’t done critiquing Apple Vision Pro

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg once again took a jab at the Apple Vision Pro comparing it with the “better” Meta Quest 3 in a discussion with Mosaic Ventures partner Benedict Evans on Threads.

Evans on Friday posted on Threads, calling out the “tradeoffs” in Apple’s VR headset that he thinks, make its $3,500 product worse than Meta’s $500 competitor, Quest, Business Insider reported.

He wrote: “There are a lot of limitations to the Vision Pro, but I am genuinely baffled by Meta VR engineers claiming it’s ‘basically just the same thing’ as the Quest.

“Apple is selling pretty much the device Meta wants to reach in 3-5 years. The Quest is selling at the price Apple wants to reach in 3-5 years.”

In a response to Evans’ post, Zuckerberg clarified his company’s claims about their product.

“I don’t think we’re saying the devices are the same,” the tech billionaire replied. “We’re saying Quest is better.
